Wanted: Licensed Customer Service Representative and Cross Sales Expert

$20 to $25 per hour plus commissions - $55,000 to $80,000 annually

We are looking for an Independent, Motivated individual who has customer-oriented service / cross sell experience. The successful candidate will act as a liaison and provide product/services information to the customer, but also has the sound knowledge to cross sell. Should be able to resolve any emerging problems that our customers encounter with accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate must be genuinely excited to help customers, be able to put themselves in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Must also be able to display good problem solving skills, be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Show that they are confident at troubleshooting and are able to investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The successful candidate will understand that the target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction knowing that customer feedback is priceless.

Qualifications:

• Speaks Spanish and English
• Insurance Licensed
• 3 or more years of previous experience
• Can cross sell
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Write new business policies
• Able to expand existing customer accounts
• Tenacious managing sales pipeline
• Has customer retention background
• Track record of surpassing quotas.
• Typing speed 40 wpm.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Detail oriented
• Ability to adapt and respond to different situations on the phone
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in time management and work prioritization
• Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays as required

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Able to cross sell from our pool of current customers.
• Generate sales leads, glowing customer reviews and referrals from existing customers you are servicing.
• Able to work a follow up system and not allow things to fall through the cracks
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Help our team reach our team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
